Developing your self care plan

  1. Practise contentment instead of looking for happiness by appreciating yourself!

  2. Move yourself out of the way and figure out what makes you feel good on a day to day basis - schedule in activities you enjoy!

  3. Build self esteem by working on the things that you do not feel comfortable with by introducing new activities and experiences!

  4. Be present and use working mindfulness and breathing techniques.

  5. Take the time to appreciate yourself by reflecting on past achievements, good experiences, and milestones.

  6. Consider what is important to you in your life and put in place attainable goals with daily outcomes, that move you towards your values.
