At Goldmind we use an integrative approach which means we also use techniques from other types of therapies that may help you. For example, Person Centred, NLP, ACT therapy and Solution Focused, if appropriate. Within therapy we will explore whatever challenge you are facing in life which is causing you to feel the way you do. We will first build your awareness of why and how you feel the way you do. The next step is learning how you can manage your thoughts and feelings by exploring different solutions. By learning new tools you will be able to live a more fulfilled and happy life which moves you towards what you value and goals you may have.
